Happy Holidays Everyone!

In a few hours the new year will start. And it's time to think about your goals. If you got the goals which you wanted to get last year and what new goals you want to get this new year.

I started an online gothic shop in 2001 but I closed it because I had to choose between my career or the shop.

I launched Gothikas.com more than 1 year ago and I'm very happy because I love my job and people like our shop.
So, I wanted to thank everyone for their support this past year. Thanks people who work in Gothikas: in the store and office. The next year we will launch several new collections. Of course, as ever, we will offer the best price. I can't wait for the new line of clothes and complements to come out!! Thank you for all your love and support. Now I could come back to the gothic modelling. I have some photo shots for my shop. Good start, right?

Day 21st - December - 2011: Today we have been preparing the material, so tomorrow we can start the recording.


Day 22st - December - 2011: The Winter soltice has started; and of course, the pagan cult of Sol Invictus. And we are celebrating here (in the studio). Today everything sounds magic and powerful. Forever Slave has started their recording!!!!


Day 24th and 25th - December-2011: It's time to meet the family. Merry Christmas to everybody.


Day 26st - December - 2011: The drum recording is nearly over. While Servalath and me (Angy) are changing the riff of a piece of a song. Now, we are happy with this change.

Ummm soon we will upload some pictures of the studio and recording, we have the pics in our movile phones and now we can't upload them :P

Dear fans,

It's been more than 3 years since we recorded our last album and now we are going through the final preparations for our next album. A lot of things have happened over the last 3 years: a lot of changes and new situations for the band. It is clear we are working a lot and we're really excited about this new material. The songs are all finished and recordings will start on the 21st of December, 2011


Drums, bass, guitars and keyboards session will starting firstly and they will be recorded in Mineland Studios, Spain. Vocals will be recorded in a studio in Copenhague, Denmark. This last step in the recording process, final mixes and mastering are being arranged by our label so the dates and name of this studio will be announced soon.

We can't wait to share the new songs with all of you

Now I'm retouching my lyrics and vocals for our upcoming album and I sing a lot hours at day. When you have rehearsed a lot of hours, because you have a concert or you were recording at studio,... singers usually feel our "gorge" tired and we sometime feel a mild irritation.

Some singers prefer calm their gorge with very cold ices and drink, I prefer hot drinks. The best receipes which I have tasted to calm or avoid the irritation in a very long singing sesions are:

Recipe One: Take one or two tablespoons of lavander honey (slowly swallowing). Another sort of honey is ok too. But the first one is perfect. The dense and dark honey are the best ones.


Recipe two: A thyme (4 bags) and Pennyroyal Peppermint (1 or 2) infusion with two big tablespoons of lavander honey (another sort of honey is ok too)


Recipe Three: There are a herb called erysimum (or herb of singers) you can make an infusion with it. But its taste is very disgusting. So you can get erysimum in oral spray in a shop of herbal remedies or in a pharmacy.

When you are singing, you must drink water before you feel dry your gorge. Remember you mustn't drink a lot quantity, because it's very uncomfortable singing on a full stomach.

I have fresh news about the upcoming album by Forever Slave. Sento, Forever Slave's drummer, has nearly ready the final drums. And those drums lines will be recorded for our upcoming album very soon.
When you start a recording, the first thing that you must record is the drums lines. So we will be ready to start to record our new album very soon
